Initial Consultation
We begin with a discovery call to learn about your vision, style, priorities, and event needs. During this phase, we’ll discuss your overall aesthetic, budget, timeline, venue, and any inspiration you already have in mind.
Creative Direction & Mood Board
After our consultation, we develop a curated mood board and design plan that reflects the overall look and feel of your event. This includes flower recommendations, styling concepts, decor direction, color palettes, layouts, and key design elements to ensure everything feels cohesive and intentional. We will then send the proposal and quote.
Design Approvals
Once the proposal is accepted and creative direction is finalized, we move into approvals and refinements.
Execution
We handle everything on event day including, delivery, setup, styling, installations, and breakdown, so you can fully enjoy the experience without worrying about the details.
